Magnificent Miniature Horses               miniature horse boarding

 I have over ten years and a half dozen miniature horses I have trained to pull the cart. They are children as well as adult safe. You need only provide a harness and cart for your size mini, All will be covered and kept in barn to take the best care of it. I have trained stallions as well as mares. The training is not for showing but driving for you and your miniature horses enjoyment. Please enquire for more information. We start out with getting the horse used to the basic equipment. Then we start puttimg on the various gear and let them become accustomed to wearing it. Then we slowly and patiently start ground driving. After that we pull a small piece of wood to get them used to the weight nad feel of the pull. Lastly we hitch up to the cart. First we just stand around and then hand walk and then we proceed from there. I have found this is the best and least stressful way to train your horse to cart. My horses Love to go for rides and look forward to it when we do go. Of course I am now down to my one 3 1/2 year old filly who is ground driving beautifully. I can't wait to get her out and about!
